Electrohome + the Chords has a full album of unrecorded material at this point. The Robster has a few more songs in the works to add to the band's repetoir, and between scheduling a backpacking trip to Colorado, marriage, and finances, artwork for the new disc is beginning to come together. No sort of finality will come until the college school year starts up again, however, it goes something like this:
You may notice from the song titles that the theme is 'travel'. The album title will be Electrohome + the Chords' Thirsty Traveler Gospel Songbook, "fulfilling" the Lessons in Space EP released last year. The band won't start recording until they hit the dorms, though. Go check out their hot drummer in the new photographs in the meantime.
In other news... Congratulations to Robert Eisenbraun; he's engaged!
Also worth noting: congratulations to the band's new bass player, Mr. Eric Larson, for making the cut. "We're not shooting too high," said Mr. Eisenbraun on the subject, "But we hope to be practicing much deeper from now on."
